Delivery and Shipping

If your order is placed by 16:00 on business days and approved by our customer representatives, it will be delivered to the cargo company on the same day. Since our customer representatives will need to reach you in order for your order to be approved, the process for orders that cannot be reached and approved by 16:00 will be transferred to the next business day.

If there is any stock problem, our customer representative will contact you and inform you about the delivery process and the order can be changed or cancelled.

Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, civil commotions, nuclear risks and dangers, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire, on official and administrative holidays and in cases arising from the recipient (absence at the address, absence of an authorized person to receive the delivery, the recipient having moved from the address, etc.).

The tracking process will begin when your order is shipped. You can find the cargo tracking number required to track your order in the text message or email that will be sent to you by us or the cargo company.

Please open the cargo box when receiving your product and make sure that the contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any damage caused by cargo, you have the right to exchange the product. If necessary, you can get support from our call center at 0551 158 87 87.

If you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person present at the delivery address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is obtained.
